Drug Names
Generic Name:VB1 ELISA Kit.
Purpose
This kit allows for the determination of VB1 concentrations in sample.
Principle of the assay
The kit use ELISA competition to assay VB1 level in the sample, use Purified VB1 antibody to coat microtiter plate wells, make solid-phase antibody, add VB1 and antibody which With HRP labeled VB1 to coated microtiter wells, make them Combine competitive ,after washing Completely, Add TMB substrate solution . the depth of color and the VB1 of sample were positively correlated, measure the optical densit (OD) at 450 nm with microtiter plate reader, calculate VB1 concentration by standard curve.

Specimen collection and preparation
• Human serum is recommended for this assay.
• Cap and store the samples at 18-25 ℃ for no more than 8 hours. Stable for 7 days at 2-8℃, and 1 month at -20℃. Freeze only once.
• Do not use heat-inactivated samples.
• Sediments and suspended solids in samples may interfere with the test result which should be removed by centrifugation. Ensure that complete clot formation in serum samples has taken place prior to centrifugation.
• Avoid grossly hemolytic, lipemic or turbid samples.
Important notes
dilute . Washing does not affect the result.
Storage and stability
• Store at 2-8℃.
• Seal and return unused reagents to 2-8℃, under which conditions the stability will be retained for 2 months, or until the labeled expiry date, whichever is earlier.
